These are moves bought and created by the members of the site for their characters in roleplay. They were approved by staff and only belong to the buyer and anyone they teach the move to in roleplay. The idea and plan for custom moves was thought up by one of our wonderful members, Dao.
Your characters can only learn up to three custom moves each, and you must first buy the move in the Site Store, fill out the template for the move in this topic, and have it approved. If you want to learn someone else's move, you have to get their permission over PM and have the move's owner teach it to you via role-play. Certain Custom Moves cannot be learned by multiple species by staff rule. You can find all current, approved custom moves here.

Explanation of Template
Name: The move's name; no inappropriate names, please.
Type: The move's type; Can only have one type, like any other move.
Attack Type: Is the move a Physical move, or Special move?
Level: The level(s) the move is learned at.
Base Power: Self-explanatory; absolute limit is 255 power.
Description: A short description of the move and how it's used/looks in role-play.
Status: This is optional; does your move inflict a status problem? If so, which one(s)?
User Type: Does a pokemon need to be a specific form or type to learn this move?

Totaling the Price
The price for your move depends on the Base Power, though the move will always be at least 1000 in total P-P(the same price of a TM at the Points Store). The Power-to-Price chart is listed below.

BP = Base Power
P-P = PostPoints

Anything lower than 10 BP is barely going to do any damage at all. You cannot have a move under 10 BP.
10-35 BP --> 1000 P-P
36-45 BP --> 1100 P-P
46-60 BP --> 1200 P-P
61-75 BP --> 1300 P-P
76-85 BP --> 1400 P-P
86-95 BP --> 1500 P-P
96-120 BP --> 1600 P-P
121-150 BP --> 1700 P-P
151-170 BP --> 1800 P-P
171-190 BP --> 1900 P-P
191-220 BP --> 2000 P-P
221-240 BP --> 2100 P-P
241-255 BP --> 2200 P-P
